Havent recieved my Order in two weeks, customer Support Takes half a week to answer
I ordered ad 29th of August. Since then the package hast never been shipped. I wrote an e-mail to the customer Support, wich took more than 3 days to answer, and after i wrote an answer to them it took again several days without an answer, havent recieved any package yet.

These felt extra strong this time, and we ended up with a headache after a dose of 15 grams each. Maybe we will take less of this Gummies. The effects were good though. Dealt with what I needed to at subconscious level, and felt calmer the next day. Did not like the lingering headache for hours but it could mean that I need to keep sipping water during the trip. Also wish they didn't taste so funky. Always makes me nauseous.

Everything from ordering to the delivery has been great but my package (05222294106051) got taken by Estonian Tax and Customs Board and they took away the vapes and gummies, free mystery bag and mushroom growbag that I had ordered. Maybe you could somehow try to prevent this from happening again. I also already wrote a complaint to support team to try to get my missing items back. And am still waiting for a response.

Usually great, but my last order had some issues
I have ordered several times from Jolly Cannabis. Most of the time the quality was great, and I had nothing to say except thank you for the service.
However, on my last order, the delivery arrived damaged and with some items missing. After I submitted a claim, I was able to get a replacement sent, but unfortunately it arrived too late for me to receive it in time. I can’t say their after-sales service is fast or very reactive, but at least they do reply. In the end, I received a coupon and got my money back for my next order.
I will definitely order again, of course, but I’m disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy my “trip” as planned during my two weeks in US this time…

Everything was great, fast shipping and good follow up. The kit started to produce after one week.
I only missed instructions for the growing kit and because of that it’s my 4,5. You can find them online but I got confused and I soaked the kit, anyway, nothing happened and the kit it’s working well. Great experience overall and will order again in the future.

Good stuff
Everything was fine 5/5 with a little thing, the scratch card is nice but i cant use it properly because you have to buy stuff for over 200$ and then you can use one of you're prices. There comes the problem i ordered stuff for 150$ i don't need anything for probably a few months and the scratch card runs out in 2 weeks. A small minus point 😀

Sadly a ready 2 grow bag I ordered arrived contaminated though at the time I didn’t know that there was no need to worry.
Customer support gave me the choice of either credit store equivalent to the product or a replacement order free of charge.

Kit contaminated but refunded
The kit showed contamination within five days, but Jolly Cannabis very kindly refunded me (with voucher). They did not have to do this as it is always questionable if it was the production, transport or customer who was the cause. Excellent service, would use again over any other provider.

Absolutely perfect as always.
Been customer for Jolly Cannabis years and everything has worked near perfection. Had some problems with grow boxes in history, but always had full refund without any arguing. Customer service is fast and friendly, prices are best on their field and site is simple to use.
